The location was very convenient (close to both the train station and the seafront). the room was clean and quite comfortable. breakfast was delicious. There was a fantastic variety of options available.
The car park was a 10-minute walk away. i did get a permit upon arrival.

i loved that the staff were so helpful and friendly.. the location is great, a short walk to the beach. the breakfast had lots of tasty options. the room also had everything i needed.
the water pressure was a tiny bit low, but it wasn't really a big deal.

wendy was a very bubbly, cute host. mark cooked a good breakfast each morning. our room was clean and had everything needed. the location was also excellent. it was around a ten minute walk to the main high street.
